Yearly billing offers the best value, allowing you to save 25% on your total subscription cost compared to paying month-to-month. It’s the preferred choice for restaurants committed to long-term growth.

Every plan includes 10,000 base credits per month. These are consumed when the AI handles phone calls, sends SMS marketing, or automates review replies. On average, this covers roughly 100 full AI interactions.

If you exceed your included credits, you’ll be billed at your plan's overage rate (e.g., $0.75/call on Tier 2). For high-volume restaurants, we recommend moving to a higher Credit Tier to lower your per-call cost.

No hidden fees. Your subscription covers the platform, and your Credit Tier covers the usage. Some custom POS integrations may require a one-time configuration, but we disclose everything upfront.

Absolutely not. Unlike DoorDash or UberEats, Restro is 100% commission-free. You pay for the software and the usage credits; you keep every dollar of the revenue you generate.

Yes, you have total flexibility. You can upgrade to a higher plan (e.g., from Growth to Premium) or scale your Credit Tier up or down through your dashboard as your call volume changes.

The Growth and Premium plans support multi-location management. While each physical location requires its own menu sync, we offer enterprise-style scaling options to make managing a chain affordable.

For monthly plans, you can cancel at any time. For yearly plans, you are committed for the 12-month period to lock in the 25% discount, with the option to opt-out of renewal at the end of your term.

Most Restro partners see ROI within the first month by capturing "missed" calls that usually go to voicemail and by eliminating the 30% commission fees usually paid to third-party delivery apps.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfers for yearly enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely via our encrypted billing partner.
